Hand-blown decorative glass - the hanging ornaments, West Coast Raindrops, Heavy Heart paperweights and Double Bubble terrariums - is glassware for indoor decoration valued over $5 each, HTS 7013.99.90 on the CBP Section 338 list, so every piece Pawson ships to an American buyer carries a 50% duty on top of the price, in effect since August 22, 2026: about $17.50 on a $35 ornament.
