Tabletop miniatures and scale terrain are "dolls, other toys; reduced-scale ("scale") models" under HTS 9503.00.00 on the CBP Section 338 list, carrying a 50% additional duty since August 22, 2026. GooseMinis runs a US storefront priced in USD and its shipping policy already puts the border charges on the buyer — "Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply" — so an American gamer's $43.99 dragon now arrives with half its value again in duty.
