The Ritter family keeps hives in Bayside, New Brunswick and bottles the honey by hand at its shop at 48 King Street in Saint Andrews, selling unpasteurized honey in 250 g and 500 g jars, cinnamon and lemon creamed honey, and a small line of soaps and balms.
Pure and creamed honey are natural honey, HTS 0409.00.00 on the CBP Section 338 list, so the Ritters' 250 g and 500 g jars have carried a 50% US duty under HTS 0409.00.00 since August 22, 2026. The shop sells from King Street, the Thursday farmers market and wholesale accounts across the region.
