Handmade Christmas ornaments are HTS 9505.10.25 on the CBP Section 338 list, carrying a 50% additional duty since August 22, 2026. Rather than pass it to American buyers at the door, Logassi absorbed it into her US price list — the Krampus ornament listing, published August 25, 2026, opens with "Pre-Paid Duties to the USA are included in USD pricing." On the rest of the catalogue she simply stopped shipping south: the tools she resells now read "Does not ship to the USA at this time due to tariff uncertainties", and every Christmas Nativity and Whimsical Santa craft kit carries "Please Note: This item does not ship to the USA due to tariff product origin requirements."

Every finished piece is her own work: "Everything you see has been cut, stitched and handmade by my own hands, Tina Logassi", made from thrifted fabrics and "local sheep wool from Wallenstein", with fabric scraps used as stuffing so there is "zero waste produced from fabric in my sewing room."
