A notice sits at the top of the shop's home page — "Notice: Shipping to the USA and Europe is paused due to postal and tariff changes" — and the FAQ's September 2026 update explains that "Due to significant new US tariffs, orders on many items made in Canada now incur very high duty fees", so on a $45 CAD advent puzzle quest an American buyer would owe roughly $22 in duty on top. Jess stopped shipping south rather than send parcels into that.
