Posterjack's photo prints, poster prints and fine art prints are printed pictures and photographs under HTS 4911.91.40 on the CBP Section 338 list, carrying an added 50% duty since August 22, 2026. The company's American storefront, posterjack.com, is run by the same Ontario corporation from the same Etobicoke address - its privacy policy states "posterjack.com is an offering from Online Print Decor Inc., 77 Brown's Line, Unit D, Toronto, ON, M8W 3S2" - so the prints it ships to customers across the continental United States cross the border on that line. Posterjack has published nothing about the measure. · content.govdelivery.com, Aug 22, 2026
