Puzzles carry the US Section 338 duty of 50% as of August 22, 2026. Puzzle Lab now applies an automatic 20% discount, called TARIFF-SPLITSIES, to US orders to cover about half of the duty itself.

The puzzles are cut in the company's own downtown Victoria studio, which also runs a retail store on Government Street.
