Miellerie Lune de Miel has kept bees at Stoke, five minutes from Sherbrooke, since Richard Côté moved his hives into a converted stable in 1982, and sells unpasteurized honeys and bulk honey from its Nectarium shop and a Square online store while guiding visitors through a giant hive.
The honey the Stoke apiary extracts and sells as "PURE NATURAL HONEY" is natural honey, HTS 0409.00.00 on the CBP Section 338 list, so a jar sent to an American buyer has carried a 50% US duty under HTS 0409.00.00 since August 22, 2026.
