Miellerie Lune de Miel has kept bees at Stoke, five minutes from Sherbrooke, since Richard Côté moved his hives into a converted stable in 1982, and sells unpasteurized honeys and bulk honey from its Nectarium shop and a Square online store while guiding visitors through a giant hive.
