Hockey gloves, pants and shoulder pads are ice hockey equipment other than balls and skates, HTS 9506.99.25 on the CBP Section 338 list, a 50% duty in effect since August 22, 2026, and it lands on a CAD$259.99 Aero Custom Pro glove as roughly CAD$130 of extra cost at the American door. Eagle has put the bill in front of its US buyers on its own storefront: "Due to recent changes in U.S. government tariff regulations, all orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duty fees."
